Last month I read that the average person spends 26 years sleeping in their lifetime. The first thought that popped into my head was that due to my highly genetic propensity for napping, that the number of hours I sleep must be double that of the average person!
Today’s 3 hour nap, although induced by a terrible sinus headache, just proves that my point above. I always sleep so much better during a nap, than I do at night. I’m not sure why that is, actually, but I guess I’ll take good sleep where I can get it. I needed this nap today and am feeling a little bit better than I did this morning, which is a total win.
Yay for good sleep! With not sleeping well at night, sounds like you definitely need naps!

I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t qualify in that zone. I do wonder what’s the based on – 8 hours a night? I hope you get more sleep tonight!

Enjoy that nap! I’m guessing you, like me with the sinuses, are looking at the up and down forecast and cursing the pressure changes it will cause.

“Naps are good for the body and mind!” says a napper! I’m hoping your headache has disappeared and you got to enjoy a bit of the day pain-free.
