Day 9: Dreaming of Summer

I don’t know why, but lately I have been dreaming of summer- a lot. The feeling of summer is what I long for. The warm sun on my face, the smell of sun tan lotion, the sound of waves, and people laughing. It all feels like a much-needed hug… that is still 3 months away.

I usually don’t torture myself by counting down the days until summer, but there’s a definite pull at me these days. The easy days of summer are calling my name and it’s not even Spring Break.

Until then, I’ll just keep day dreaming about summer on my drives home from work and hope summer will be here before I know it!
